BRYON O’REILLY
With more than 17 years of experience in the real estate market, Bryon is a triple licensed professional who serves as a realtor, a real estate appraiser, and a mortgage lender. After obtaining a double major in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing, Bryon graduated from college in 2007 and quickly became enamored with real estate. He founded a real estate appraisal firm in November of that year, which subsequently grew to include a real estate sales team. Over time, he expanded his business portfolio to encompass home renovation and flipping, as well as long-term real estate investments across the country.
TABITHA SPENCER
Tabitha Spencer is a licensed realtor and a 5th generation Montanan working at IDEAL Real Estate in the Flathead Valley. She is also an Appraisal Trainee mentored by Bryon O’Reilly. Alongside her real estate pursuits, Tabitha works as an event coordinator and singer. Her background includes global travels as a musician on cruise ships. Her previous work experience also includes time spent at the Flathead Youth Home, supporting homeless teens. Tabitha’s overarching objective is to provide exceptional customer experiences, driven by her passion for people, which is evident in all facets of her life.
CATE STARKEY LOPEZ
Cate has the rare privilege of being a third-generation Montanan, and her love for this beautiful state runs deep. Growing up in Montana was a wonderful experience, but it wasn’t until she ventured out on her own that she truly understood how the state becomes part of one’s soul. No matter where she found herself—whether in New York City or Sydney, Australia—when the topic of home arose, she was always greeted with a “My Montana Story.” From thrilling ski trips to cherished family camping adventures, everyone had a tale to share. Even those without direct ties to the state held dreams of visiting.
Now, Cate is delighted to help others uncover their own Montana stories while building upon her own. Alongside her professional journey, Cate embraces the joy and chaos of being a boy mom to two little kids, finding joy in (almost) every adventure. With 25 years of experience in hospitality and customer service as her foundation, she has had the pleasure and privilege of assisting clients with all things real estate since spring 2021.
